Rutty

Rutty Robert. Will made 17 March 1718. Proved 15 May 1719.

In the Name of God Amen I Robert Rutty the Elder of Road within the parish of North Bradley in the County of Wilts Broadweaver do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following. Imprimis.

I give unto my grandson Isaac Rutty son of my late son Isaac Rutty the sum of twenty shillings of lawful money of Great Britain to be paid him by my Executor hereinafter named when he shall come to the age of one and twenty years.

Item. I give devise and bequeath unto my son Robert Rutty and his heirs for ever all my lands of inheritance situate lying and being in the parish of North Bradley aforesaid.

And him do I make full and sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking annulling and making void all other Wills and Testaments by me heretofore made either by word or writing and this to be taken for my last Will and Testament and none other.

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this seventeenth day of March in the fifth year of the reign of our Sovereign Lord George over Great Britain etc King Anno Domini 1718.
