Originally from north London, Adam moved to Frome in 2003. Married with three children and a cockapoo, Adam works in a major engineering and environmental consultancy, assessing the impacts of major development projects on the environment. Adam was first elected to Mendip District Council in 2011 for the Frome College ward, and re-elected there twice, before being elected to Somerset Council for the wider Frome North division, first as a County Councillor in 2022, now as a Somerset Councillor. ‘Frome North’ includes Rode, Beckington, Norton St Philip, Tellisford, Lullington and Berkley parishes, as well as the Stonebridge, Fromefield and Innox areas of Frome.
Adam stood for election to help protect and improve our services, community facilities and open spaces, and make Council decisions better, fairer, greener, and to help make a better link between the council and the community so that it is more responsive to local needs.
