Rode is exceptionally fortunate to have a wonderful village store/café/post office, and an excellent pub/restaurant right in the centre of the village. There is also a further large pub/restaurant within easy walking distance, and a shop selling inspiring ingredients and local food/drink. The nearby villages of Beckington, Rudge and Norton St Philip also offer excellent pubs, a café/delicatessen, and a small supermarket. It’s also possible to order high quality products and meals for delivery or pick-up from a number of local producers.
