A new licence was granted to The Mill at a Licencing Committee hearing held on September 6th. Rode Parish Council has lodged an appeal on a number of grounds. It is anticipated that the appeal will be heard at the Magistrate’s Court within the next 4 – 6 months. However, the PC is hopeful that some form of resolution can be found prior to then, and plans to engage with the tenants to discuss the various issues of concern.
